Mission Statement

The Mission of the California Association of Licensed Security Agencies, Guards & Associates
is to:

"Raise and improve the quality of service and public perception of the private security industry by promoting industry growth, and providing information, education, improved standards, legislative and regulatory agency advocacy, money-saving benefits, and personal development."

Purpose

As a membership service association, CALSAGA is dedicated to improving the services of the private security industry, representing the professional and business interest of Private Patrol Operators, Private Security Trainers and their employees, and to:

1. Improve the public perception of Private Security.
2. Raise the overall quality of private security service.
3. Elevate industry standards.
4. Be an advocate for industry interests with the State Legislature.
5. Represent Industry Issues with the Department of Consumer Affairs and BSIS.
6. Improve business opportunities by educating the consumer.
7. Establish member Certification programs.
